Savingtheseason.

Former W Magazine editor, Kevin West, is the author and mastermind behind Savingtheseason.  His blog, dedicated to the art of canning, pickling, and preserving, is a treat and has me addicted to his ever growing library of recipes.  I can’t wait for his cookbook, out in August, and his line of artisanal jams to be available.  In the meantime, my love for making jam and pickles has be reawakened.  Thanks Kevin.
