If you’re in NYC you’re also probably looking out the window at the snow coming down. While I’m not a huge fan of the cold, I do love a good snowday.  Cut to- Bon Appetit’s great article about using snow in different recipes.  If you’re in NYC I would not recommend actually using the snow on the sidewalk.  That said, I did think the article had lots of inspiring ideas, even if you need to make a little faux-snow at home.
