I’m pretty sure that everyone agrees that the most exciting part of any awards show is who wore what. Full disclosure: I didn’t even watch the emmy’s, but I did wake up this morning and immediately gawk at the gowns online. These are my favorites.

I love Portia de Rossi’s Valentino jumpsuit. Super fun and unexpected.

I love the contrast of Julianne Moore’s red hair with her bright yellow Christian Dior.

Jessica Pare looks like an old fashioned movie star in a belted white Jason Wu. The red lip is the perfect touch.

Suprisingly I liked Lena Dunham’s choice of Prada. Although I readily admit I’m comparing it to the disaster that was her Met Gala gown.
