Flowerful Sleep

This weekend pamper yourself! I have been a longtime fan of floral and herbal remedies and I thought I’d share a fun and easy project that I came across recently with you. Here’s how you make an herbal sleep pillow…

First Mix :

  • one part dried chamomile
  • one part dried hops
  • one part dried lavender
  • one part dried roses
  •  one or two drops of lavender essential oil

Put the herbal mixture into a small muslin pouch. Like the ones found here.

Place in your pillowcase for sweet dreams. Enjoy!
