Flowerful Sleep
This weekend pamper yourself! I have been a longtime fan of floral and herbal remedies and I thought I’d share a fun and easy project that I came across recently with you. Here’s how you make an herbal sleep pillow…
First Mix :
- one part dried chamomile
- one part dried hops
- one part dried lavender
- one part dried roses
- one or two drops of lavender essential oil
Put the herbal mixture into a small muslin pouch. Like the ones found here.
Place in your pillowcase for sweet dreams. Enjoy!
