• Whenever I’m feeling the least bit vulnerable or overwhelmed, I sit back and take a breath and I make myself think about Julie Andrews.  Specifically I think Julie Andrews as Maria von Trapp in “The Sound of Music”, and if I’m anywhere near my Iphone I listen to “I Have Confidence”.  Seriously, it’s an instant cure for the Monday Blues.   Below I’ve posted a video of Audra McDonald singing her version.  (For some reason there isn’t a video from the movie on youtube… but it’s the season when it starts to show up on TBS… so set your DVR.)
