This week we had the pleasure of sitting down with the lovely Jess Wilcox.  Jess & her fabulous hubby have modeled for a few of our favorite shoots and along with being gorgeous in front of the camera, Jess is a photographer in her own right. She is an all around creative force with hair and makeup artist, as well as jewelry designer extraordinaire, donning her resume . A real renaissance lady with heaps of talent, without further ado.. take it away Jess!

So I might have a slight addiction to Smith’s Rosebud Strawberry Lip Balm. It might have been the trade secret strawberry perfume flavor that first grabbed my attention but it’s long lasting moisturizing balm has kept me hooked. It’s such a simple thing that I almost over looked it, but I love this lip balm so much that I keep one in my purse, one on my desk, and one next to my bed (that’s normal right??)

Crystals, in any form. I keep a Citrine druzy tealight candle holder (similar to the Amethyst one above) on my desk in my office, as Citrine is know to promote success, prosperity, and abundance.  It was about three years ago I was introduced to the concept of healing crystals, and it took no time at all to become obsessed. I quickly started buying gemstones and making jewelry and then opened my online store, serenestones.com to share my obsession with friends. Gemstones, geodes, druzys…..in every shape and color….I love them all!

 Champagne, and all that it entails. There are so many things to like about it, the pop of the cork, the gorgeous color, the beautiful bubbles, the ability to mix it with orange juice to make mimosas that can be sipped on at Sunday morning brunch, even the dainty champagne flutes you drink it out of. It is a drink of celebration, for that reason alone it is my favorite!
