I’ve always been a bit jealous of girls because they can wear flimsy little dresses and short shorts at events whereas boys are required jackets and pants and ties and long sleeves.  However shorts for men have been having a moment over the last couple years, of which I have been taking advantage.  But what about shorts for a  wedding party?

Wouldn’t it be wild at an outside summer wedding to have your groomsmen or bridesmen or even grooms in a sort of formal bermuda short?  Thom Browne has shown some crazy things, but his suits with shorts remain among the tamest.  Below are from S/S11, have a look they get really wild.

These guys look so sharp!  Alright, it could need to be for the right couple and the right wedding, but think how fun it would make the wedding photos!
